Suffering From A Really Bad Temple Area, Don't Know What To Do, Real People Who Experience This?

Hey guys, would appreciate some advise what to do here

I am 34, Finastride 1MG for 9 months now. Maybe nearly 10 months.

minoxidil solution, twice a day for 2 years.

My templates really really effect my confidence. It's like a patch that is heavily hit. I use hair fibres daily to cover it.

I have a Dr. who also does hair treatments that prescribed me the Finastride. He thinks I am maintaining generally which is "good" but he doesn't think the temples will get any regrowth. He tells me to do hair aesthetic surgery for 3K to fill in temples and hairline, he will do it of course.

Another Dr. has said wait for 12 months.

And then I see other people say results really kick in after a year.

Any advice what I can do here?

I've just added in Dermarolling 3x a week with a 0.5mm roller, then immediately after I apply minoxidil before sleeping.

Anyone else been in same position? Did it improve? Or nothing happen? Anyone with any experiences similar to me?
