Sudden shed from Proscar

I recently started taking 1mg Proscar daily. I started by taking it every few days, as was recommended by ukfinasteride, to accustom my body to the drug. Last week, however, I began to take Proscar daily and ever since, I have been shedding quite badly. I have never suffered from shedding so I'm wondering is this a good sign or should I quit Proscar for the time being?

The same here. Shedding way more than before. Started taking 1 mg proscar daily 3 weeks ago... Is this shedding normal?

ride it out, i am also starting finasteride from feb. And generally the consensus is that shedding should occur after starting a treatment. check out the success story of zeroheat, he had shedding period after starting finasteride. best of luck guys.
