Not sure how well I pull off the slick back or blow up. Trying to pull off a Bradley Cooper business man look. I have drank lots of water, supplementing with zinc, and a multi vitamin. I do meditation from relaxation. I exercise three times a week and eat a healthy balanced diet. Shedding has stopped entirely. My hair isn't where it was once but I see signs of improvement. Medication effected my hair line and made my receeding more pronounced than before.

All you took was water, zinc and a multi vitamin? Where was your hair before this picture?

I drink lots of water too. I meditate for relaxation. I had hairloss due to accutane so, its spotty on my sides. If i sleep on my crown i can see my scalp. Zinc has helped a lot as has a good multi vitamin like progressive three times a day. I talk Vitamin D, calcium, i get lots of exercise three times a day. Now i had shedding and my hairline receeds like Bradley Cooper so, the business man haircut or faux hawk and spikey bed head look are great.

I may have the male pattern baldness gene. If it got worse, i shave or buzz it. I get a line up or fade. I prefer hair cause it accentuates my facial features and i can change styles. Its just hair. I hope this helps guys.

what the...you obviously don't have male pattern baldness. Because it would be laughing at that regimen. But I'm glad things are looking up for you.

male pattern baldness isn't a health condition, you could be the most relaxed and healthy guy and still bald like someone who's diet consists of pizza rolls and fried chicken.

Here is a better picture. I have beautiful thick
hair but, it receeds as you seen in the first picture. Above is either just my crown, a cow lick or early stages of accutane induced male pattern baldness. The sides have shown a significant effects. I won't go around with a bird's nest. I'll buzz, shave or fade it (black dude line up style). I think afro americans pull that off much better then white males and unfortunately, I am a white male lol

The good news is shedding stopped. Sadly, I stopped accutane in the early fall 4months instead of the original 5. My cousin said its thinner near my crown then the neck line region. I do the bradley cooper business man look with textured layers. It creates more volume and helps.

Zinc helps me. My multi as well however, these are aids. There is no cure. I suspect accutane may have fliped a mbp switch. I know I don't have mw9 or whatever it is called. I am taking milk thistle to detox my liver. D3 helps too.

I may have not suffered like some of you guys with hair loss. I have suffered from acne despite a great diet sugar and trans fat free. I have large pores. A few acne scars which made me depressed watching people down pizza or poutine while I get cystic acne eating salad with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Acne is behind me now.

I pulled several times recently. I am going to rsd free tour next week. I am successfully practicing cold approach. It only came after embracing self love.

It means that your genes express themselves based on your DNA characteristics, it's hereditary. male pattern baldness isn't a bad health condition that you can fix by eating or having an healthier lifestyle unfortunately. If you have hair loss and not baldness then you could revert by taking supplements that improve on the deficiency you had.

This makes sense. I am growing my hair out and doing a more layered look sort of like Bradley Cooper in hangover. A business casual style and as I increase my intake of a multi vitamin, a b complex with folic acid, probiotics, calcium and magnesium, fish oils, and a balanced nutrious diet. The effects are astounding though, beyond a receeding hair line, prior to accutane use, I had a beautiful head of hair. I use a great shampoo but, I have dandriff. Head and shoulders helps but, its bad for me so, I use a natural all organic shampoo.

If it were to change, I won't be George Castansa. My hair will be faded with haste. As you see, I made significant improvement without the big 3. I also saw a natural path who recommended a milk thistle detox for my liver. It all helps but consistency is everything.

Thanks guys for the support and love.

I'm supplementing with zinc and simultaneously using a lotion with zinc too and I'm noticing some good results. The hair grease has completely disappeared, the hair is much thicker and I'm noticing hair growth and terminal hairs in the hairline.

Its definitely no miracle. It helps. I notice dry skin on my forehead, flaky eye brows, dandriff, and fatigue ever since accutane. I touched my hair and noticed a single hair drop. Side effects followed ever since stopping back in September. I know its ****ed me up, cleared my skin but my lips are dry. Hair is thinner, receeding, and looked unhealthy. After zinc, a good multi vitamin, b complex, calcium& magnesium supplement all help. A balanced diet and lots odf water helps. I meditate to and enjoy quieting my mind. I enjoy my hair but nothing lasts brother. Glad it helped you too.

A good diet has helped me. Where I am deficient, I supplement. I avoid diary and gluten. I take stuff for calcium, magnesium, vitamin d, b complex, milk thistle, protein shakes with no rgbs or growth hormones, a good multi vitamin, zinc citrate, probiotics, fish oil, msm, and other stuff.

I eat a balanced nutritious diet. I use herbs and spices with ever meal. I also exercise at least three times per week. I do lots of stretching and running around.

Another important factor is relaxation. I do meditation listening to eternal om. I do yoga too. Its a great way to meet women as well. Sex is also great way to relax and get some exercise.

Now, I know this is unconventional and a bit unorthodox. I have handled accutane based shedding and hairloss naturally. Signs of its effects are apparent but, I have definitely nurtured myself back to as good as new. I think people need to just hit pause, take a moment, breathe, listen to the silence, be one with it, and exhale as you relax. The lesson the body is trying to teach people is there if we would only listen.

Surrender to what is and let go.
