i think keto is quite ok in this job,

also topical finasteride i think also has a job,
ive recently dropped it (was included in minoxidilmax 15 dualgen) after about 3 months of use, and i noticed quite some shedding and thinning - like i havent had in a couple of years i think (though the hair pattern and all looked wierdly the same).
gonna get it again anyway,

im very intersted about other stuff like topical dutasteride and others, but i dont know their effiecncy,

theres also an experimental herbal stuff that might help and its cheap so i might try it as well,

but it think you guys missing a major point here -
one could get rid of all of his scalp dht (i actually think i have done that in the last couple of years), and still not regrow any hair,
theres is something else to it,

i belive it has to do with eliminating inflammations, stress and tense and rebuilding the damage that has been done,
its like - if you have a hole in your tooth (usually from decay) - you should first clean up all the decay leftovers (equivelent to removing dht), and than you should fill it in with something, or prehabs grow the teeth back if thats possible (and i belive that it might be in some when in the future).

try checking out my thread about the salicylic acid if you want..

I would simply be happy when CB or some proven effective topical can largely stop androgens just to prevent hair loss yet alone regrowing anything. You could make a list a mile long of topical AAs that should work or have been tried in the past but the jury is still out on whether any of them actually work without going systemic. All the internal stuff like propecia is just risky business. We just need something and anything better than we have now whether it helps growth or just slowing male pattern baldness down.
