Strip Scar Reduction

Has anyone here used Retin-A or any other product or service to fade or reduce the scar caused by strip surgery?

Not myself, but I have heard some successess with it and also Mederma and other topical steroids.

How wide is it and does it possibly qualify for a scar revision?
