For anyone wondering, I spoke to a doctor about this. He explained that hair loss that has started because of stress can take 3 months to a year to start fully repairing. This means taking vitamins and eating healthy isn't enough to make it come back. You have to do this and be patient and let the effects of stress leave the body.

I know some of my hair loss if from stress. I am working on that. But the other part seems to be in my genes, which sucks. My father has thicker hair than me and he is in his 60's... My mother, on the other hand... Very thin dry hair.

Androgenetic Alopecia causes cell aging, stress accelerate aging.

This is why being on fina or duta only isn't enough for some of us.
