Hey people.As the title says.I experience strong itching,when i tug hairs i can get even 10 hairs,its insane how easy they fall out,in 90% a hair will come out when i tug them,in most cases 2-4 hairs.I dont have any recession,but more like diffuse thinning.My hair thinning has started when i was 18/19 years old and im 22 now.However,my first symptomps were very clear and i knew something is going on.Also,nobody in my family is bald,mothers father has some frontal thinning but he is almost 80 but not bald,father is almost 50 and has no balding,his father has thick hair and hes also almost 80.If this is sign of male pattern baldness,i will have really low pattern,im talking about 3-5 cm above ears and 3-5 cm where the hair starts to grow on neck.I also experience chest,eyebrows,eyelashes hair loss.Chest,eyelashes,eyebrow hairs are not thinned but they also fall out easy if i tug them.

I experienced that as well after using Minoxidil (at least I noticed it then). You are probably going through a Telogen Effluvium right now. Pictures are helpful for us. We unfortunately do not know all there is to know about hair loss, we cannot assume every male who has thinning has it due to androgens. It is important to perhaps get a full nutrional profile and thyroid screening. The itching you feel is inflammation which can be caused by things such as increased Androgen activity and sensitivity or micorbial issues.

Taking a Benadryl may help, turmeric+resveratrol, using Nizoral shampoo and other anti dandruff shampoos, taking aspirin and zinc+magnesium, etc.

If you are still losing hair you may want to look at things that combat Androgens as Androgen dysfunction in the scalp and follicles is the usual culprit for total baldness in men.

Is telogen effluvium same as male pattern baldness temorary or permanent ? i will post pics very soon.Im an idiot so i have no clue what could thyroid have in connection with telogen effluvium.Have u managed to beat telogen effluvium ? and thats all you used right ? its mostly happening on top and rearly on sides and back,the hair has white bulb on it

You are from Uganda? Are you black or white? If you are black and from there, how often is male pattern baldness there? I rarely see a full black person (with no white or asian ancestry) with male pattern baldness.

Oh, if you are a white boy it is probably male pattern baldness lol...we have the blessing of nice hair but the curse is we lose it.

In all seriousness we really can't tell you what it is. If you post pics it will help, but will no recession or bald spots then it may not be male pattern baldness. Just do not know.

If you are shedding all over, like in the donor area then that is not normal male pattern baldness

U have severe dandruff???
yours and mine story is completely same.But i also have severe danduff and flakes attached to hair.If I try to remove flakes it cause hairfall
