first off, sorry if this is in the wrong forum.
second, i'll say that this is not an immediate plan for me. it's just something i've been thinking about a little - i've been on rogaine for a little under 6 months with so far v. underwhelming results and am real conscious of the whole ''stopping rogaine after a while gives a mean shed'' thing so it's just something i've been thinking about possibly before it's ''too late'' - though not immediately, for sure.
anyway, all that out the way - i was just looking for any opinions or experiences on getting off rogaine and starting up on dutasteride. i've seen a few things recently which have shown really, really impressive results from adding just one 0.5mg dose of dutasteride / week to an existing finasteride regimen. does anyone have any thoughts on the idea?
again it's not something i'm looking to do right this minute but i don't want to get two years down the line with rogaine, clinging onto vellus hairs or whatever and then either drop that (or not) and shed a bunch and be a bunch poorer, just to realise that i coulda / shoulda added a weekly dose of dutasteride to my daily finasteride regimen ages ago.
thanks,
f
