Stopping Propecia- Need an alternative

So I've been on Propecia for about 10 months. I immediatly had some sexual side effects, loss of libido, softer erections, but over time these got worse. Now I have virtually no sex drive and have a hard time getting an erection. I stopped propecia for a week last month to see what would happen, and within that week things were much better. So I tried it again, but sure enough the side effects are still there. So I need a new regimen. I'm currently taking Xandrox and thinking about replacing the Propecia with Proceren, a more natural DHT blocker. I'm worried that it won't be enough though. I dont' want to loose what I have because as we all know, its hard to get it back. Also thinking about trying Promox, since it is a topical application of Finesteride. Any help would be appreciated.

About alternative to propecia well the sad thing is that there is not alternative atleast not good as propecia, some people use topical spironolactone. We need to wait for better days for DHT blocker without sides like propecia.

What about topical Spironolactone. I've read that can be as effective as Finesteride. Any feedback on it?
