Stopping n starting

Hi

I started thinning and receding when i was about 17.
Took the big 3 for about 6 months and grew pretty much all of it back, but then dropped the finasteride as i was experiencing gyno. The gyno eventually subsided after about 2 months but then the hair got tons worse (particularly the scare of seeing thinning in the crown) so I jumped back on it at a smaller dose.
My hair is looking great once again but I've started experiencing gyno, again!

What I'm asking is could I keep on stopping and starting finasteride and expect to keep seeing the same outcome?

The way things appear to roll, during the first few months on finasteride the hair looks craptastic, and there are no moobs. Once the hair starts looking groovy the moobs pop up.

Hope to hear back

some people on the forums use Tamoxifen to fight the gyno but i think it would be hard to get a prescription because most doctors would simply suggest stopping finasteride but idk some might prescribe it
