stopping minoxidil

dear friends
i am about to stop minoxidil 5% since i had some problem using minoxidil from last month i have been using minoxidil for last 1 year, i had some pain in the chest fast heart beat , so my doctor advised me stop, will my some regrown hair will be lost ? what should i do?

dont do it u will lose ALL UR HAIR just like i am because of doing that!

You could try replacing the minoxidil with NANO, which is a somewhat similar compound. NANO has similar effects for hair as minoxidil, according to Dr. Proctor, and probably lacks the cardiac side-effects.

increased penetration of a moist scalp(imediately after showering) could be the cause for your systemic side-effects.

Try applying on a dry scalp.

can i start using finpecia (finasteride )
does it have any side effects ,
i am only trying to maintain my hair line
i dont have much hair loss ,
my doctor advised me that,since i have used minoxidil for more than 1 year i will not loose regrrown hair
please suggest any other alternative ? i live in india , there are not so much medicene for hair loss only (finpecia and minoxidil)
