Stopping Finasteride

I started taking Finasteride (0,5 EOD) is 1 months and have many side effects (Low libido, Brain fog) and my doctor told me to stop taking it

I need help, can spend time without taking it (2 or 3 months) ?

black tea theaflavins block almost as much dht as finasteride... google it! i had slight sides my first month but they went away now. your body might just be adjusting to the hormone change. But if your doctor told you something i wouldn't disregard it.

Decreasing dose to 0.25mg will stop the side effects ? I'll try for some time
