I am thinking of stopping finasteride. As I'm not sure if this is causing my dry eye problems. Is there any chance I may still maintain with monoxidil, nizoral shampoo and dermrolling?

I had severe dry eyes after a month on oral finasteride years ago. I had to resort to naturall dht blockers over the years but eventually even Them caused dry eyes. But on finasteride it was HELL. But after I quit the naturall dht blockers and my eyes went back to normal I took dutasteride and weirdly never ever experienced dry eyes, now im on oral finasteride and have no issues. It took years for my body to adjust to lowering dht.
