Truth, the hairs that are going fall out are done anyway, they will eventually fall and be replaced with thinner hairs if you have AA. But I can guarantee you one thing. Agressive washing, constant pull tests, ect are only going to make your hair look more chit while the new hairs grow in their place. So you will perpetually look shittier through the entire process and speed it up. Yes, it's inevitable you will probably go bald if you don't respond to treatments, but why hasten the process. I can easily bathe and wash and lose 5-10 hairs if I am gentle, use a wide tooth comb to distribute the anti-dht shampoos while my hair is submerged, or I can vigorously scrub and lose upwards of 70. Then do pull tests and lose another 30 more. On a daily or bi daily basis this adds up significantly. Be gentle with everything you do and find the most gentle ways to style and wash your hair when needed.
