Stinging nettle ?

Im just wondering is this safe ?
Ive only used it three times but i've been reading up on it an some people say it can cause Erectile Dysfunction

Anyone used it ?
I got the one from holland an barrett called stinging nettle 300mg

I'm almost certain that putting your penis into a patch of stinging nettles could cause erectile dysfunction. Avoid if possible.
