april 2007 - started propecia (still taking it now) 1 year 1 month
jan 2008 - may 2008- started liquid minoxi have dandruff ever since before started + scalp itch all the time
may 2008 - stop minoxi ( 19th may) (there's only liquid minoxi and propecia here)

this is my 6th day i stopped using minoxi, coupled with "scalp cleansing" by running long runnings (I can say that running is indeed useful), (sweat clearing follicles) and for the first time ever i can see that my scalp problems (external) like flaking is actually, for the first time since say 9 months, under control.

I am happy in some sense, but it also means that my minoxi is stopped, the reason i stopped minoxi is because i wanted to test if it has affected my scalp issues.

The other reason is that having used it for 5 months, i do not think it has contributed to anything yet. Maybe the reason is because im only using once per day, but the itch(last for maybe 5mins) doesnt really propel me to use it twice per day.

I am wondering if I should start again since having control my scalp issue, or should i just leave the scalp on its own first? and if i need to try different things, what are the different things i should try?

I dont think its the minoxidil that gave you a bad scalp...

if you use nizoral shampoo every other day, you will never had a flaky or irritable scalp again... if you cant find it in your country search for it online and buy it... its superb!
