Are there any new names that have come up of late in London. I have asked on here before, but not for a few years, and I have wasted my time with the usual names who can't help me, Farjo, or ones who don't want to help me, Ball etc. Also, if they don't spam you daily once you've had a consult with them even though they won't help you but still insist on emailing daily.

They talk a good game, but when it comes to it they don't want to risk doing diffuse work. So wondered if anyone has good results and more importantly are helpful and care, and not just in it for the dollar.

Why limit yourself to London??..........it's easy to get to Belgium where there are any number of top surgeons that can help you.

I would need to see pictures before I can offer advice as you maybe too far gone to be considered for a procedure. There are plenty of surgeons who will take your money for a shitty result you will regret so at least the surgeons mentioned didn't do that.
