still have my hair- its just thin

i still have nearly all my hair, its just thin. and i mean with that that just the hair diameter is thin but nearly all hairs are still in place. they are just miniturized. how can i change that?

if it's all the hair across ALL of your head incluiding the back and the sides then it's not male pattern baldness and finasteride, spironolactone, etc. probably won't help. if the hairs on the back and sides aren't thinning like on the top, crown, hairline and so on, then it's male pattern baldness and get on finasteride ASAP and look for other topicals (and scalp exercises below i'd recommend too). good luck!
