I've successfully ran a 20 week cycle of 700 mg/ wk Test Propecia, clen and T3. I was only using propecia and nizoral 2% daily (left on scalp for 10 min). Didnt notice the slightest of shed or hair loss.

Any bro try using Tren with ru58841?
I want to start a run with test Propecia, tren ace, and eq. I'm hoping the ru58841 100 mg daily will prevent any potential sheds from tren. If you've experience with something similar please hit me up through pm or reply here with your experience or thoughts.

All pm's will remain confidential

You can grow muscles just takes a lot longer and an extremely strict diet...we already have to stick to a certain regimen for hair so to add another for muscle is hard which is why I have zero problem with anybody who juices...If I could juice and stay where I'm t with my hair I would but I am a little too worried about my hair getting rapidly worse...

Do you guys take creatine? Does it have any negative effect on the hair? I used to take creatine daily but I dont think it did anything to my hair. I'm wondering what you guys think.

I'm about to start creatine myself ..as long as you are on finasteride there is no way creatine will do anything bad for your hair...People who do steroids take finasteride to combat hairloss and creatine is contained in lot of the foods we eat anyways...

Hmmmm. I thought creatine raises the DHT in your body.

If so, I think I may need to change the protein powder I'm currently using, seeing as it has some creatine in it. I would rather not add anything that could exacerbate the problem.

rerun: yeah I heard it does raise DHT. How much creatine per serving has that protein powder? Some have just 1g per serving which is no much.

hanginthere77: Im not talking about creatine that we get from food which is not that much anyway. I mean 5g of creatine daily

It doesn't state how much. I don't think it's a main ingredient. I think, though, that I will finish up the remainder of the protein powder and then switch to a different brand that doesn't have creatine in it.

Sure, it can help. Check the ingredients in your protein powder. It might already be in there.

I thought I was a hard gainer too, as I'm 5'11 and weighed 125 pounds (pant size was 25 x 31) and always had a thin frame. In the last 10 months I've added 28 pounds (153 lbs now).

Are you eating enough? Maybe try bulking.

Of course its not the main ingredient of protein powder. I'm sure they wouldn't put more than 5g per serving. I'm guessing its 1g per serving.
And they, the company that made it, have to list creatine ... but Where do you live?
And what's the name of this protein powder and company that made it?

I took creatine, 5g a day with a lot of water and in my case after one week I was much stronger. Before creatine I was curling 90lb 10reps after 2 weeks of taking creatine 90lb was way too light. I was able to curl 120lb 10reps. I was much stronger but to be honest I didn't notice any significant muscle gain by taking creatine.
When I stopped taking creatine, I wasn't able to curl 120lb. I was basically navy to 90 - 95lb then slowly I was able to built my strength. Now I'm curling around 130lb without creatine but what really built my
muscles was protein powder packed with complex carve and extra calories. I was taking Muscle Juice which is 54g of protein, amino acids, omega 3 fatty acids, complex carbs, around 1000 calories per serving. Now I switched to Complex Gainer by optimum nutrition. No creatine in both of those powders. But I'm wondering how much i could lift now with creatine.

It's Muscletech. It's a well-known brand in the U.S. The creatine is listed as part of the "recovery blend" along with several other ingredients. It doesn't specify the amount.

Yeah, protein powder and increasing my caloric intake helped a lot.
