Sterilizing A Dermaroller/stamp/pen

I've been looking into introducing a dermastamp to my routine, but from what I can gather it's that sterilizing the tool seems to be such a hassle.

I mean, judging from various threads, not even alcohol seems to be enough to make it safe for repeated use.

There got to be lots of people using a dermaroller here - have anyone found an easy way (preferably with as little hassle as possible) to sterilize this damn tool?

Would soaking it with hand sanitizer be enough? Considering it contains alcohol and isopropyl?

Hot water and 70% alcohol does it for me.

Just soak it in at least 75% alcohol

Isopropanole... 5 liters for 10 bucks.

i clean it with alcohol then let the roller part sit in a small vial filled with alcohol when not using it

i use the 1.0 mm dermaroller and i do have have regrowth. But i use dermarolling in conjuction with minoxidil.

I use the dermaroller 4 times a week and apply the minoxidil after. I use minoxidil once a day. I dont have any side effects yet.

You should use it once a week.

I use alcohol sold in spray bottles (at most convenience stores in my area).

There are two different routes. You can use it so minoxidil gets absorbed better. You can do this 4 times a week and if you dont press hard. Sligthly roll it all over your head. Wait 30 minutes and apply minoxidil.

Or you can use it for wounding. Once a week. Apply good pressure. 24 hours later minoxidil.
