Stemoxydine - anyone use and know where to purchase?

Does anyone use Stemoxydine (5%)? The current carrier I would be from , Vichy's, no longer makes the product. Would love a new source. I typically mix my RU in it and it has worked great. I recently bought some from L'Oreal and it doesnt' work as good as Vichy's.

how do you know? Do you use Stemox?

Depending on where you are from its fairly easy.
Its a L'oréal product so any big cosmetic store such as sephora should do the trick.
