I start with 1 mg of Propecia a day right? Do I need to take it with anything? Same time every day?
No, you don't need to take it with anything. Yes, take it around the same time each day. I always take mine before I go to bed, which varies by a few hours. A few hours isn't going to hurt anything

Should I bother applying Rogaine in places where the hair has stopped growing? I.e. the temples.
It's not going to hurt anything, but I also wouldn't expect anything great. My personal recommendation is to apply the rogaine to your hairline, but not lower. The minoxidil will spread under the skin up to an inch from where it's applied, I believe (can someone back me up, or correct me on this?)

SIDEEFFECTS: I thin I read that these are quite common for the first ~14 days. Should I wait to see if they go away before I stop treatment? If so, how long? If sideeffects continue, is it better to stop completely or maybe go down to 05mg?
What you read is quite different from reality. Society as a whole is more apt to dwell on the negative than praise the positive. There's a decent chance that you're not going to experience anything. However, it would not be UNcommon for you to get a bit of ball ache. It happened to me when I started, but subsided after a week or so. Personally, I was freaked out about sides, so I cut my doses to .5mg and got good hair regrowth on that dose for 3 years. I figured that I'd start at .5 so that I could bump it up to 1 or 1.25 after a few years. finasteride's effectiveness usually peaks at 2-3 years and slowly tapers off for the next 5-10 years, and I wanted to be able to add to it if needed.

Furthermore, how long should it take before i start losing hair? Before my hair starts to thicken?
That's a question that's impossible to answer, it all depends on the person. Some people shed, some don't. Some people get awesome regrowth, some people just maintain, some people it has no effect on. The minoxidil (Rogaine) is most likely to make you shed, and it might freak you out (depending on how much hair you currently have). I would suggest getting one of these for your shower drain
http://kmrt.us/nsY8yw Monitor the hair that you actually lose, but DO NOT FREAK OUT about it. What you're doing right now is probably the best you can do for your hairloss, and worrying isn't going to change anything. I wouldn't suggest using that every time you shower, probably more like 2 times a week. You should be able to tell in 3-4 months if it's having any effect on your loss. [/quote]

One last question: Are there any styling products that doesnt cause you to lose more hair? I use ID for styling and i think more hairs fall out whenever I use it.
The general idea here is that the styling products don't necessarily cause your hair to fall out more, it just keeps those hairs on your head until you shower instead of having them fall off during the day. Now, that also depends on what you're using. Are you using so much gell that your hair feels like a board? Then you're probably clogging your pores and follicles. Personally, I use Axe styling products. They don't have that stiff feeling to them.

Some legit links to buying online? I couldn't find Nizoral anywhere
There's a shortage of nizoral right now. Search walmart, walgreens, CVS, Target, Kmart sites and see if there is any in stock close to you. If not, then my 2nd choice would be a 1-2 punch of these

http://amzn.to/pkL8rG
They both have Keto in them, and I'll probably give them a try when my current supply of nizoral runs out.

Hope you can answer some questions as I'm scared of it not working, but mostly of the sides.
The best advice for that is to not think about it. Your mind is a VERY powerful tool. If you look for sides, you'll find some, even if in reality they have NOTHING to do with finasteride.
Also, take pics! You need some baseline shots so that you know if treatment is working or not.
