Starting Treatment at NW3, Worth It or Not?

To make a long story short;

1) Talked to a specialist, seems like I'm just hitting NW3.
2) Mid to late twenties.
3) Not a diffuse thinner, seem to have the typical temporal recession pattern. Hair is still relatively thick where it exists.
4) Considering treatment.

Do you think it's worth starting treatment at this stage? I'm thinking yes, but just curious as to the opinions here.

I don’t even understand the question. Are you concerned it’s too late or too early?

Oh definitely not! Nw3 might be the most common time to start treatment

One thing that might be of interest is that people with high unaffected fringe are the best transplant candidates.
