It seems like my hair thins after every buzzcut...fresh out of the shower, whenever i run my hands through my hair you see white flakes...not sure if its dandruff but even nizoral didnt control it (and i use rogaine foam)...and despite being on finasteride...I can always pluck hairs out...and pretty easily from the top of my head...im really starting to worry :(

Its most likely to be dry skin that is working its way free, the shorter hair makes it easier for it to work free. I find the same thing after a hair cut myself. I wouldn't worry too much.

Well even when I had much longer hair...i had the same flaking..even more!! and hairs plucked out just as easily...if i sat all day and plucked I'd get way more then the 100+ in a day of dropping.

im not pulling it hard or anything...if a EXTRMELY light tug pulls them out...or running my hands thru my hair...isnt it reasonable to assume my follicles are just really poorly anchored...i mean i can PULL AND PULL on body hair...and side hair...and it just wont come out.

this is disturbing.

i don't find more than 1 or 2 hairs after a shower and even with a gentle tug it's tough for me to find one that will come out.

it would appear that you will be seeing balder days soon.

i recommend that you start going to the gym and get a tan.

you can still get women, but you might have to settle for a 6 on the CCS scale instead of an 8. And you'll always be worried that you might leave you for a 9. Them's the breaks. :hairy:

Well...if I go fully bald im FUCKED basically...you guys saw how big my forehead looks EVEN with my Nw1ish hairline...and theres a lot more forehead 2 be exposed...

settle for a 6. buy 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house in suburbia. have kids. hope she doesn't leave you for the mailman or mechanic with an NW1. women can't resist that full head of hair. it's more important to them than anything else: money, good looks, personality- all pale in comparison to the intrinsic beauty of a Norwood 1.

lol good advice till the end...but still smacked some sense into me..but ur right anyways...hair matters for first impressions tho...and if u got that PLUS the full head of hair ur gold...

its sort of like...comparing a car with amazing performance...to a car that looks stylish but cant race to save its life...BMW 800 series..ridicilously powerful engines... V12 5.0...beautiful looking car...the horsepower on it? "only" 300... considering something like a V10 viper would leave that in its trails with 600.. the point of this is...most girls would choose the BMW just because it has quality name and known 2 be for weller off people...not many would climb into a viper...but those who dare would be the victor

I would have to agree with JayMan on hitting the gym hard. Get yourself some concealers like Topik for the time being and save as much cash as possible later on for a transplant. That was my path and the girls approach me at the bars :) I was also blessed with good looks (thanks mom & dad) so that played a big part but the hair thing seems to be a big thing for chicks... Sucks but thats the reality...
