Starting regimin--all at once?

I orderd my finasteride got my shampoos(used for a couple weeks). I wanna add some sort of topical(not sure what yet). Now should I start with everything at once? Or should I start one then wait a month or so and then the next?

Just do whatever. The sooner the better. Its not going to make a huge difference, a few weeks or anything.
