Starting propecia for the first time

I have decided to bite the bullet after nearly 9 years of loosing my hair and many hair transplants with limited results. I was going to go all out with Propecia,Rogaine and whatever supplements are needed. Should I start with just Propecia first ? Or tackle it two fold from the off ? Not too worried about the expense as long as I see results.

I would definately start Propecia and Rogaine if you could be bothered applying it twice a day for the rest of your life. Also throw in Nizoral or Revita shampoo.
