Starting Nizoral Today, A Couple Of Questions....

Hiya guys, i am going to start nizoral today. its the 20ml/g one? is that the same as 2%?

how much can i use? should i use like a teaspoon or something to ensure i use the same amount each time?

the bottles tiny but it says it can last for 3 months so i need to use some sort of measuring instrument. what do all u use?

also, is it ok for me to use nizoral on sundays and wednesdays?

It's just shampoo man, not minoxidil or anything Use whatever amount you need to fully lather your hair. No need to buy any measuring instruments for a shampoo.

Sundays and Wednesdays should be fine. I use it 3x a week right now actually.

also just make sure you leave it on for like 5 mins before rinsing

Don't stress about it too much, it's mainly used to control flaking and dandruff associated with using Minoxidil.

Yeah. It's inclusion in the "big three" is purely due to the convenient and effective combo, not as a stand alone treatment.

Alone it will probably not do much at all, and is certainly not in the top three when used as a single treatment.

ino, but i did read sumwhere that sumeone suggested using a tea spoon etc... to measure out and then lather tht into ur hair. just wondering like cz i dnt wanna use it up quick, thas all. i swear i saw it on this site.
