I've been on Minoxidil, Nizoral and L-Lysine since Thanksgiving to pretty decent results. I think my hair shed ever so slightly, but I've noticed new re-growth on my crown and quite a bit on my temples after only two months.
Tomorrow, Im going to begin taking 1.25 mg of finasteride in the attempt to stabilize my hair thinning and loss, thicken up remaining hairs and hope for re-growth. I'm coming into this with a positive attitude and hoping that finasteride will keep what I've got left (which is still considerable). I think the big 3 will be good for me as a 20 year old NW2 (roughly). HairLossTalk.com or anyone else, do you have any guess as to what percentage of people have positive results from the big 3?
I'll try to post updates as things go on. I'm just praying that I won't go through a major shed or anything. I guess I'm a bit nervous.
Any other last words before I take the first pill tomorrow morning?
