Ok, I'm thinning on the top, can see my scalp under direct light and when its wet. Its hanging on by a thread so I need a regime. I haven't used anything to treat my hair yet because I was doing alot of research. I really like the sound of Xandrox 5% and how it works on the frontal hairline and temples. I might need a shampoo but I need something to thicken my hair and prevent any further hairloss. Any suggestions would be great.

things that you might consider in addition to this would be:
Tricomin or folligen
I think that the majority of people who start this regimen before hairloss gets out of control have great results.
