Hello, im a 23 year old Dane. Im about a norwood 1.5-2

Ive been on finasteride (1.25mg) for about a half year, but stoppede due to sideeffects, I was almost impotence.

After I quit finasteride, I wasnt on any hairloss medication, but my hair was fine for about 2-3 months, then my hairline moved about 1cm up quickly (took 14 days).

My hairline was thinning like crazy, so I freaked out, and started to really get informations about hairloss (I discovered this forum).

I started using spironolactone 2% 3 times a day, and have been using it for around 2 months now on my frontal hairline. Im sure it has stoppede my hairloss in the front, I feel its working really nice for me.

But when im lookin in the mirror, with some bright light, I can see that im thinning over the whole head, from the vertex down to the temples, but NOT in the middle of my frontal hair. I hope you understand what i mean.

Its a hairloss pattern I have seen my cousin having, he is a few years older than me, and his hair has gone from looking like mine, to horrible in 2-3 years. So I realize I have to do something NOW, or I will proppely end up like him.

My idea for a regimen, that blocks some DHT in my whole scalp, and will keep my hairline decent, is:

0.333 MG finasteride everyday.
2% spironolactone 2-3 times a day, on my frontal hairline.
5% xandrox / minoxidil on my frontal hairline, and below it. To hopefully improve my hairline (I know its very hard, but it can only help).

Internals for battling the sideeffects:

Dim 100 mg and L-aragine 1000mg everyday.

Does anyone have any recommendations for me? before starting this regime? I would really appriciate any form of help!

Thank you in advance!

If you had any side effect on Propecia, then you should reduce the in take from 1.25MG to 1MG or .5MG which stop the side effect. That's what I heard people do and works. It also help enough for your hairloss.
