Started Finasteride 51 Year Old Man

Hello

I am a 51 year old man who has just started finasteride I have receding on the front and now on the Crown.

I will post pictures from the last few months soon. If there is any results

I have only been on for a week and my hair feels different maybe this is just phycological.

But what I have noticed is no shedding. my hair was falling out all the time that I could leave a trail behind this has happened for years but always grew back so I did not look bald.

Now last 2 years it is not growing back the same.

So I have decided on finasteride and see how my hair journey is and what happens.

But so far after one week I have noticed the normal shedding has stopped. Not sure if this is a good sign or not as people have said there will be an increase in shedding.

I will also report of any side effects

I'd think the hair loss will be slow, if it starts that late.

Thank you for the message, hopefully it will be slow and even stop it, maybe grow some back or thicken it would be good. After 1 week I have noticed there is no shedding at all I would have easily lost 200 hairs a day that I could could, now I feel as if it is around 30 or 40.

Not had any sides yet bit early I think for that will see after a month.
