40 healthy. Crazy thick baseline density. Doctor still saying it’s TA, she’s wrong and I ost some ground.

Diffuse thinning started 1.5 years ago. On oral minoxidil and Keto for 9 months.

Think I need to add a DHT blocker, help me rank risk v reward and a build from low impact to high impact:

.5 RU and minoxidil

1. Topical Finasteride
2. Oral Finasteride micro dose
3. Oral Finasteride full dose
4. Oral Dutasteride

How long to test for sides before staying on stopping? What to expect for shed? minoxidil shed was bad. Chance for regrowth?

If you're 40 and your hair still looks that good, no need to jump straight to dutasteride IMO. 3-6 months at the least to evaluate effectiveness

2 or 3. Of course Dutasteride will be the most impactful, but the chances of you suffering from side effects will be much greater.

Thanks. Any thoughts on RU once a day in the Vichy stemoxodyne carrier with no Finasteride?

I just don’t like the concept of treating a local problem systemically when the sides are so significant. No sides at all from the oral minoxidil.
