Start Proscar 1mg w/pics

After 20days on proscar 1mg still no effect , no sides at all , no shade,no low libido .
I will post here pictures every month.
I'am on proscar+nizoral . No Minoxidil , I use to take it and nose blood and quit.

Im planing on doing the same myself. Already started using nizoral and made a docs appointment to get on propecia.
Btw is there a reason you're taking proscar over propecia ?

Try comparing photo's every 6months that'll be a better indication of if its working.

I take Proscar because is cheaper and easy to cut it in 5pcs. No reason to pay much much more only for comfort.

I'am planning to cut it in 10pcs because research shows that only 0.2mg have same effect as 1mg! This is very good because we eliminate potentioal short term side effects (low libido ,gino ).......and also long term sides witch no one real know it...
I'am waiting for more experience advices abaut lowering the dosage to 0.5mg or 0,2mg

Abaut my progress...nothing yet ,I'am on 36day of proscar 1mg and no sides,today I make it a bath and I noticed abaut 10 healthy hair among with other 30 thin hair falling. First time I sow healthy thick hair falling.

2 month still no effect...
no sides like low libido , only a slight more active shade but not sure.. because my hair is very greasy and stays dry only the day i wash it, next day is very greasy and hair starts to fall when i put my hand on it .
BTW i lowered the dossage 10 days ago to 0.5mg as i see it on forum have same effect .

stick with it. you haven't lost any ground and it's too early to tell if you're going to have results.

btw, why would you reduce dosage if you're not having sides?

I reduced dosage beacause i;am afraid of long term side effects...
but maybe we should apply finasteride directly on our scalp like this one did with best and quiq results ever.!! viewtopic.php?f=43&t=46302

any difference? the hair is shorter now and just washed
Also I get 4 kg , now I'am 79kg , I always was 74-76kg maximum . For me its preatty good because I'am 1,85cm and I was a little skiny . I hope this is not bad news as a side effect.

Stick with it, and don't read too much into the fear mongers and the "success regimes" with no proof
