Start Finpecia Again After A Month Off

Hi guy
I started using finpecia 0.5 for almost 4 1/2 months then I stopped because I start to develop gyno a quit for 25 day now and the Gyno disappeared .
I start finpecia again yesterday 0.25
what I should do to balance the estrogen level?
I think i read that some people using zinc is it effective?

Yeah the hair loss stopped and i was seeing new hair going out
now i start to shedding and after three days of 0.25 the shedd stops
I just want to balance my estrogen level to prevent gyno from developing again
I think also my body fat and water increased while i am on the threatment
