well for what you are paying for these topicals you WANT them to be absorbed. Highly doubtful if you would get systemic effects from most topicals, but in rare cases it happens......
well systemic IS side effects, and like george said I highly doubt if topical spironolactone would find its way into our system and give you "b**ch tit" for example...
