spironolactone UK?

I have heard this stuff is good alternative to minoxidil. It comes in a cream form or in a tablet form, which do you guys recommend? I also need to find out where to get it. I am from the UK and not sure where to buy it?

I never used but i think it is a replacement of propecia not minoxidil it blocks dht witch would help you hold onto the hair you have
