I'm sorry i guess I should mention I use it 2 times a day but I use it slightly more at night. I use minoxidil liquid only at night as it does leaves my hair look greasy.
what's your full regimen? i'm starting to think we're doing similar things. mine is currently:
-nizoral 3 days a week, nioxin on alternating days
-biotin, fish oil, complex-b, ginkgo, every day.
-rogaine 5% 2x's a day
-spironolactone s5 cream 1-2x's a day (still figuring this out. looks like i'll be adding it strictly to hairline during day, and more heavily at night)
-recently (8-9 weeks ago) removed finasteride .625mg mon-fri from my intake
considering i'm still shedding from dropping finasteride, and i don't see that stopping on its own (unless spironolactone works well), i'm currently considering these additionals,in no particular order:
a.) RU...still extremely scared on this, considering i gotta mix it myself and it's clearly not on the every-day market
b.) flutamide...i don't know **** about it at this point, but see it mentioned a bit here
c.) a saw palmetto/zinc/pumpkin seed multi vitamin
d.) revivogen...been hearing mixed reviews on this
e.) re-starting propecia again, but lowering dose to .25mg and only doing 3 days a week. i don't want to do this until my pfs mental sides fully subside.
i'm going to start "c.)" tomorrow for sure, but duno on the rest. god, i wish i were one of the lucky ones who can take propecia daily without any sides... or for that matter, one of the other lucky ones who don't have to deal with this **** to begin with. damn, now that i think about it, i've got some **** luck when it comes to this hair thing.
