Spironolactone Question/Help

Hi everyone. Very new to this (just today actually) and I have some questions about topical spironolactone. I understand that spironolactone in combination with Nizoral is an effective way to slow/stop hairloss. This is of interest to me because my main objective is maintenance. I've got the Nizoral, but not the spironolactone. Anyone using this combo? If so, can you provide sugeestions on how to use them? Are you supposed to mix the cream with the shampoo in the shower? Also, where can someone get spironolactone topical? Can you only get it by Rx? Thanks so much for your help!

spironolactone and Nizoral might help if your male pattern baldness isn't very aggressive. But I don't think they will do a whole lot by themselves. The best places to buy spironolactone are from Dr. Lee (minoxidil.com), or this website (Hairlosstalk.com).

You want to use nizoral 3x per week, letting it soak on your scalp for 5-10 minutes each use. And use the spironolactone 2x per day.
