The difference is that the Gen Hair version supposedly has a better smell than Dr. Lee's version. Then it has some a few added things within the mix like menthol, caffeine, and rosemary oil -- ingredients that arent found in Dr. Lee's mix. One of the key differences though is that Gen Hair sells their version for $90 bucks (as a 3-bottle package). And Dr. Lee sells his mix for $30 (but if you havent bought anything from him, you have to pay an additional $20 bucks for a consultation fee that you wont have to pay for again).
