anything is better than nothing. I don't know if twice is better than once. I have so many topicals I just use it once. I don't want to apply it near minoxidil and risk having smelly hair, and I don't want to pay and extra $6 a day.

An extra $6 per day? It would cost you an extra 2k per year?

maybe I should start using spironolactone twice/day on temple area at least...

just got a "day/career type job" so morning applications are kind of out, messes up the look.

Every night I'm using minoxidil 5%, immediately followed by xandrox 12.5%, immediately followed by spironolactone 5% lotion. One hour to dry mostly then bed.

Been doing this for a couple years and it's maintaining for the most part. Looked at a pic the other day, of 4 years ago and my overall hairloss hasn't changed much. Still get comments of "when you had more hair" from some "friends", but f*** them. They don't know WTF they're talking about. And I don't point out their slow thinning to them in their mid-20s, which is where I am.

Still waiting for HM.

If you're using Dr Lee's spironolactone, I think you can at least hit the hairline in the morning without messing up the look of your hair. That stuff dries pretty clean.

This isn't true. If spironolactone works for you at all, it will most likely only maintain your hair, not cause any regrowth. It has a better chance at working twice a day i believe, with some studies being done using 3x a day.

What's the rationale for applying 5% then 12.5%???? either use one or the other with the spironolactone. It sems like overkill.
