spironolactone on... seinfeld?

Anyone else see the seinfeld episode where george orders some hair loss creme from china and when he puts it on his head everyone tells him how much it stinks... Could this be spironolactone?

The stuff on George's head in that ep is simply shaving cream or something.

Sigh.. spironolactone only stinks when it reacts with minoxidil. Otherwise it just smells like lotion without perfumes in it.

I do thinky the 5% cream stinky for little bitty minoxidil or no minoxidil.
