I have searched and reviewed posts on this site concerning sprio effectiveness and evidence is very inconclusive. I am having a hard time dealing with finasteride sides and have had to drop dosage drastically, so I need to add some topicals.
Any thoughts on spironolactone effectiveness would be helpful. I already know why is "should" work but there are serious questions in regards to its ability to dissolve into the scalp and whether a drug such as spironolactone could ever be helpful as a lotion and not in pill form. The only study I found was weak. I am especially interested in those who are using only topicals. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
