spironolactone and rev. after 3 months

well i've been using this combo now for three months since quitting propecia due to sides. i was on propecia for one year, then the sexual sides just kicked in, so i got on the 2x spironolactone/ 1x revivogen application. i don't think it's working for me. i say this b/c i'm shedding a lot of hairs each shower. i shed maybe like less than ten hairs while on propecia. i'm pretty sure it's not working, and now i don't know what else to try. i'm thinking of trying minoxidil as a lot of people have has success with that. but i don't know. any suggestions?

Keep up with the spironolactone and Revivogen, give it a bit more time...

minoxidil is a good idea if you're not going to use Propecia. It should help you to maitnain your hair. If you've only been losing your hair for a short period of time, then minoxidil should help you regrow.
