Twice a day minoxidil, once a day spironolactone s5. 4 months.
minoxidil for 1st 3 months was DualGen 5% w/AA, now Im using plain generic 5% minoxidil, which is making my head itch more, so might try a different brand. I feel like the majority of the growth below was gained in the first 3 months. Front in particular seems to have benefited the most (which is good!). Before n afters taken in front of the same light with same camera settings (apart from white balance). Hopefully only being 4 months in I am yet to see the best results, fingers crossed.
