Been using spearmint leaf supplements & food grade USDA EOs (internally) and this stuff is amazing in what it can do even in a short period of time. The 4 month thing is bunk.
Problem is I can't make it too far because sides are really bad...mostly dehydration. Seems to mimic spironolactone almost to a t.
So to those on spironolactone...foods to avoid? drinks? any supplements that would be helpful or harmful?
