Sort Of At N4 - What Options Do You Recommend?

I think about this off / on over the years but get scared of the side effects. I'm not sure at this point if it's too late and should just accept the fact that I'm balding. Part me wants to just accept and get a buzz cut but I fear what it may look like. Though, at some point, I may not really have a choice
