It's impossible to evaluate the effect of finasteride alone, because I use it in combination with strong antiandrogens. But when I was on finasteride alone (only 1 month), nothing happened.

I've been taking it for almost 16 years. No side effects. Great results.

One of the reasons that it's hard to find people that report no side effects is that it works well for them. Those people tend to not post on the site. Just my opinion.
