something ive noticed about nizoral..

on days i use nizoral leave on scalp for about 10 min then wash off i usually towell dry, ive noticed that there is alot more hair on the towell when i use nizoral then reg shampoos. do you think its just because nizoral cleans the scalp and hair better so any loose hairs come out or that nizoral is to strong and causing shedding a good shed or a bad shed, a good shed meaning its shedding hairs that are gona be replaced by thicker hairs or a bad shed meaning its taking out hairs prematurely. i cant see nizoral causing more harm then good especially when my hair has been best it has been in long time and i been using it for 8 months, id just like to get the thoughts and comments on people that have had similar experiences or those who have any idea what it means.

The same thing happened to me, except I only used Nizoral 3 times. For the two weeks I used Nizoral hair would fall out more frequently and if I put my hand in my hair it would come out much easier. But if you say your hair looks the best it has in a long time stick with it. It made mine thin and dry. I started using Revivogen shampoo and conditioner and I have less shedding than before.

I don't know. I'll start paying attention to that. But I only use therapudic shampoos, not cheap ones. My hair is looking very dense right now.

For what it's worth, I find that I have less shedding when I shampoo with nizoral 3x weekly. I don't know how that relates to my hair loss overall but I have to admit it makes me feel better at the time.

It takes 1-3 months from the time a hair enters telogen to the time it falls out.
