Something I Noticed... Sebum Vs Dandruff

When i was a teenager, i had absurdly thick hair.

I also had a dandruff problem. My scalp would shed a buttload of dandruff every day. I had to wash my hair every single day just to not look like a snowman.

But now... i don't have any sign of dandruff anymore.

Now that my hair is thinning... i'm shedding sebum.
Hardened, crystallized sebum.

I shed yellow sh*t every day, and if i scratch it off after 2 minutes it reforms.

As much as i hated dandruff... i have a feeling that having dandruff is a sign of an healthy scalp.

I am unsure that having dandruff means having a healthy scalp. What I know is that excess sebum often comes at the same time of hairloss. This is what happened to me: hair started thinning, it had a lot of eccessive sebum which also changed the hair's looks for the worse. The two issues (sebum, loss) might have a common cause.

Definitely, sebum, dandruff, psoriasis, dandruff, itching and inflammation, these are all extremely common symptoms associated with Androgenetic Alopecia
