Instead of encouraging someone to lift weights and focuss on nutrition you force the drug ideology on someone. As if everyone needs to go the same course of action you did.


We already know these insividuals. I see them all to often, small.and worthless on grams of gear. Not realising your gains are almost entirely based on genetic response, diet and training. Gear doesn't suddenly make you into marvel.

Encourage people to learn the basics before they poison there body for no additional benefit. The steroids are pointless without the building blocks.


First couple years of training will grow you like a weed.

I've been working out for 8 years. No where did I say he shouldn't workout naturally I just said he should get on roids. You can workout until you're blue in the face naturally but you'll never have the steroid physique you see in the magazines. It's true that you can't take steroids and instantly get jacked, but you can know far less about nutrition and working out techniques and surpass an expert natty trainer by a mile. Natural only gets you so far.

No one cares and there's nothing they can do for me it's all genetics, it's a worse fate than death. Talk to a social worker, psychologist or psychiatrist... you are not genetic trash, and there is no such thing (and I hate that phrase, it's used here like candy). Psychological help works.

I can't count how many thread i've wrote 153532 comments in to convince the OP that he isn't balding. Many people here have something wrong with their head. agreed, some of the posts written ESPECIALLY in the impact section reeks of basement dwellers. No real life experience whatsoever. Basically these people had the same problems they're bitching about before hairloss even happened to them.
